Value Creation Engineer
Value Creation Engineer
The title holder will be part of our engineering team providing turnkey energy savings solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Constantly explore ways to add-value for all stakeholders
- Design engineering solutions that deliver the best value to our clients
- Perform Energy Audits
- Assist project manager in the implementation of projects
- Manage subcontractors
- Testing and commission of implemented systems
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Data analysis and performance maintenance of engineering systems
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Flexible, analytical and efficient in problem solving
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Able to work independently within a team environment
- 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field
- ACMV knowledge is preferred
Site Leader (ACMV/Electrical/Mechanical)
Site Leader (ACMV/Electrical/Mechanical)
The title holder will lead a team of technicians and service crew to perform service and maintenance operations at the location.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to fulfill contractual obligations for ACMV maintenance at the worksite
- Plan and manage the site schedule of the team
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues relating to ACMV systems
- Ensure that safety standards are adhered to at the work site
- Conduct skills training for team members
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma in a related engineering discipline
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Able to manage a team of 6-10 people
- 3-5 years of working experience in a related field
- ACMV knowledge is preferred
