How are savings measured?
Energy consumption will be monitored with power meters, both before and after conservation efforts in each specific area.
The resulting difference in consumption will reflect the savings achieved, which will then be reconciled with the monthly energy bill.

Zero Capital Program
Customer can also opt for zero capital outlay program where Comfort provides the capital investment and technical expertise to implement the project while signing a term contract with the customer. Additionally, Comfort handles the maintenance and energy management throughout the term, offering a seamless, end-to-end solution.
Customer will repay through either a co-sharing arrangement of the energy savings achieved or an instalment plan customised to the project scale.
