112 Robinson, a 14-storey commercial office building in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, has made remarkable strides in its commitment to sustainability. Partnering with Comfort Management, an innovative Energy Efficiency Refrigerant (EER) System replaced its old water-cooled package units, saving the building 52% in energy consumption. The building was also recertified Green Mark Platinum SLE under the new GM2021 standards.
Key Achievements:
The EER system operates at an outstanding efficiency of 0.71 kW/RT.
Bespoke solution for buildings with compact M&E spaces, allows owners to conserve significant energy without needing to run chilled water pipelines or undergo major alterations to the building infrastructure.
Project execution works were specially tailored in consideration of the building’s existing infrastructure as well as minimise disruption to tenants’ operations.
EER system operates efficiently and responds to cooling demand without wastage, while satisfying thermal comfort conditions of its occupants.
